Kate is all about. Kate works within a process that she has refined since 2017, which although slightly different for everyone always uses three key concepts, these are taken from the worlds of behavioural pyschology, nutrition and sports science, and this has lead to the creation of the 360 degree fitness method. Currently working with clients face to face in Great Malvern and the surrounding area, Kate also has experience working with groups and also clients in Windsor in Berkshire, and of course anywhere on-line! One to one yoga is also now available.
